Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Staff to join our team. As the Accounting Staff, you will be responsible for accounting operations and supports and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Job Responsibility:
‐ Ensure accurate completion of financial activities (accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll)
– Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
‐ Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
‐ Assist in the implementation and optimization of accounting software and systems.
– Filling & maintaining supporting documents for all payment
– Processing invoices and expenses of the company
– Prepare bank administration and checking bank completeness document relate to payment
‐ Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance processes.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– Able to communicate in English.
– Holding Certificates of Brevet A&B will be an advantage.
– Proven work experience as an Accounting Staff or in a similar role.
– In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
– Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and flexible environment.
– Neat / managed appearance.
