Job Description:
As the Dealer Principal for Porsche Surabaya, you will be at the forefront of delivering excellence in every aspect of our dealership operations. Your leadership will drive our commitment to exceptional customer experiences, brand representation, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the dealership team.
· Business Strategy: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals, including consistent sales achievement.
· Customer Experience: Ensure the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
· Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve targets.
· Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control to optimize profitability.

· Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure an attractive showroom display.
